Tricare online portal update
24 July 2018
Recently, the Department of Defense (DoD) TRICARE Online Patient Portal (TOL PP) Blue Button was renamed to TOL PP Health Record. This change resulted from user requests for a more intuitive and user-friendly name. The “Blue Button” function was renamed to “Health Record” in both TOL PP and TOL PP Mobile Access.
Patients will not see any change in service and can continue to access the following eight elements of their own, and their child’s (<12 years old) Electronic Health Record:
*Outpatient Medications
*Allergies
*Outpatient Problem Lists
*Outpatient Encounters
*Laboratory Results (Chemistry/Hematology, Microbiology, and Anatomic Pathology results available within 4 days from certification date)
*Radiology Results (Available within 3 days from exam date)
*Vital Signs
*AHLTA Immunizations
In addition, the new Nurse Advice Line (NAL) logo was added to the TOL PP.
